“Most fun sight seeing trip ever”

We went bike rafting today and what can I say best experience I've had in tenerife by far. The boys from bike rafting are so nice and welcoming they collected us from our appartments and dropped us back at the end. They are very informative and have so much knowledge of tenerife and the surround islands. On the way up to teide which by the way is 2500m from sea level, we stopped of for a drink and a view point to adjust to the altitude. When we got to the start point safety was a big factor as we were fitted with helmets, hi fiz jackets etc. we had 1 of the lads ride in front and the other to were our escorts in the vans.the ride down was amazing with breath taking views we stopped loads of times for photos and drinks. We had a picnic of tapas foods and drinks which was provided by the lads. We went through lovely sleeply traditional canary villages which we were given history on them. When we had to pass any points of high traffic areas our escorts would block off the roads to ensure safe crossing. I have to say it was very well organised. When we reached our stop point there was a bottle of bubbly waiting for us to celebrate. All in all an amazing day out and it will definitely be the first thing I book to do when I come back. Thanks very much for a memorable day. Gill and ud from Ireland and Latvia

“"On Yer Bike"”

Don't be put off by the thought of cycling 7100 feet down a Volcano!! It's a fantastic buzz.
Safety wise these guys are first class so have no fear.
Great scenery all the way down to Los Christianos stopping off many times for photo opportunities.
Also on the way down we stopped off for a small picnic which was very good.
It's a must do trip, there were four of us, all over 50!! but we all loved it.

“Fantastic staff”
Reviewed 27 August 2014

Just returned from our Tenerife holiday and rafting bikes was one of the highlights. After a slight mix up at the beginning everything was first class. They even gave me and my son a free bike for the day as an apology which was not needed.
The guide on the trip was a great laugh and full of local knowledge. The traffic control was perfect and my son loved every minute of the trip. The lunch picnic was very good.
We will be in Tenerife next year and the first trip to book will be Rafting bikes.
Don't miss it. Great experience.
Thanks guys.

“Fantastic afternoon - a must do!”

Superbly organised and very professional. We were 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 12. One of the best things I have done on holiday for a long time. A day away from the beach and pool and you will see things you will not forget. A proper memory to cherish.
Really friendly and nice guys who pick you up from your hotel and drop you back at the end. Traditional refreshments provided and very safe trip all the way from 2500m to the beach at Los Christianos.

“Good fun, good value.”

Great day with the guys from Rafting bike, picked up from our Hotel and then driven to the place to the pick up the bikes. A nice slow drive up to Tiede with a stop for drink on the way up, lots of little bits of information about the island on the way up. The guys were very nice, funny and informative and took pics for us. Once we got to the starting point they took time to make sure we all had bikes which suited us and all the equipment. Then we set off, there were 15 of us in the group ranging from around 9-60 I guess.
It was quite slow at the start as the children were nervous and a couple of the ladies too. It was good how we co-ordinated the riding to accommodate vehicles passing as for quite a while you travel on main roads where buses and cars go past. Which we were not expecting, but if you listened to the guys and followed the instructions it wasn't a problem.
Lots of nice views and a couple of stops for a drink then some Tapas at the side of the road which the guys provided from the back of the van, very nice but could have been a little bit more. I wasn't expecting a 4 course meal but a couple of pieces of bread some cheese and a potato weren't really enough as you are out from 1 pm until around 7pm. Same for the drinks, just 2 drinks on the way down so I would advise taking a bottle of water or something:-)
One of the sections is quite steep and windey as becase of this I believe they advised the younger children to get iinto the vans for this section, the older girl in the group decided to continue and unfortunately hit a barrier and fell over the wall into a steep field, about 15foot drop. It was quite scary but she was ok as she amazingly missed the rocks and cactus and landed in a tree, the guys from Rafting Bike were brilliant, they were straight down and got her back up safely and treated all her cuts and scratches. Just be aware a couple of the sections are probably a bit much for younger children, but again the guys did point this out and the young girl who fell was about 13.
Great day out, worth the money, and enjoy the final celebratory drink at the end.
