“Las Americas's little gem”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 October 2013

I booked here after reading quite a few positive reviews about the apartments. I went with my partner for one week and we loved it. The pool is the perfect size as it never got too busy (although we did go from 01/10 - 08/10) and they serve great tasting pool side food for very reasonable prices (I paid 6€ for a pizza). The apartment we stayed in was clean and modern with a great view. The only downside to the apartment was it was right at the back so there was a lot of steps. The receptionists were all lovely and friendly and the location is second to none right in the heart of Las Americas but far enough away from Veronica's strip which is the lively bit. Monkey beach is about a 5 minute walk away and you are close to a lot of bars and restaurants (I recommend La Cockteleria which is a small husband & wife run bar which is dead close by). We definitely will be coming back next year to these apartments and I give it 4* rating.

We have just come back from a 2 week stay at this lovely hotel. Staff we are all very friendly and helpful. Hotel was kept spotless. Maids came in daily to clean and towels and sheets changed every 2 days. Swimming pool cleaned every morning. Very close to the beach. Would definitley go back.

stayed here for 1 week in september, we had 2 bedroom apartment with fridge, 2 ring cooking hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, they also supply you with washing up liquid, scourer & tea towel, the room was very clean, room was cleaned every day, towels changed 3 times & sheets changed once, no A/C but did have ceiling fan in bedrooms, pool was ok & sunloungers were really comfortable, free wifi around pool & reception area, staff were very nice,
i would recommend Mama Melrose restaurant next to reception food was gorgeous also lovey cocktails at the cocktaileria turn right out of apartments first road on left going down to the beach, plenty of places to eat,
we will definitely go back again next year

Room Tip: steps to most of the apartments

Just back from a 2 week holiday. Lovely apartments. We were up the top and the stairs never bothered us. We had no noise at all when we were sitting on our balcony.clean towels ever second day and had bedding changed 3 times. Maids were in most days. Pool was just the right size and never any bother getting sun beds. Pool area was immaculate as were the toilets. It was on outskirts of las Americas. About a 2 minute walk from beach where there were lots of lovely restaurants. Aberdeen Angus just up the road was excellent value for money and food was fabulous. Try their mixed grill. Down on beach we found a family run no hassle place where you could have British sausages and bacon. They were open Monday to Saturday. Anything on menus could be adjusted to suit what each person wanted. Trevor and Jackie were the perfect hosts as was their young daughter Shannon. She was a very pleasant well mannered girl, a credit I her parent, so we would definitely recommend a visit to Mr T's. Next door was an excursion booth called Jesus excursions where we booked a trip on whaling tour on a small boat for up to 10 people which was fantastic and suits if you don't like the catamaran. All in all a fantastic holiday very relaxing with lovely staff who were more than eager to see to your every needs

stayed here for two weeks in August couldn't fault the accomadation , location or staff, clean quiet and ideal for a restful holiday. My only wish was that the pool was a little bigger as it became quite busy at times.
I would definitely book again.

Room Tip: don't be put off by the stars rating, I would fully recommend it.

We stayed here 2 weeks and the place is clean, with good furniture, well kept and close to sea! The sleep was excellent as it is a very quiet area. The pool was very clean, but always full, so we took advantage of it only a couple of times in the afternoons.

I was one week at Parcue de las Americas in Adeje/Tenerife.

The hotel was quite cleen, beds were excellent and the staff the most friendly people I have ever come across on my travelling.

The location of the hotel is superb, about 20-30 minutes walk to the main shopping street along the beach.

The pool was clean and quite warm so the children at the hotel used it a lot - as did the other guests at the hotel.

The only downside is that if you have an apartment at the top of the complex you would have to walk almost 60 steps to your apartment, but then again you could have a key straight to the street for a small insurance fee.

If I go back to Adeje I would probably choose this apartment hotel again.

Room Tip: The lower the room number the higher up the steps you'll have to walk.
