This park is very beautifully landscaped and has some great thrill rides but it is not really practical if visiting with young children. We had been looking forward to our visit after the reviews and visited as a group of 8 with 4 adults, and children aged 1,3,4 and 13. The park provided buoyancy vests for the younger children and sold the aqua shoes for €7.90 which thankfully we already had as the ground is unbearably hot without them in the afternoon! The wave pool and lazy river were enjoyed by all but the park is more suited to groups of adults or families with older children who can ride on everything. Due to the number of visitors a lot of queues were 20-60 mins and having to rotate rides in 2s so 2 were left with the children meant we missed a lot of rides, only going on 4 between us. The park was full of hen and stag parties and 18-30 group tours as well as local teenagers on school holiday! The children's areas were okay and the girls enjoyed it but they were quite far apart and only 2-3 slides in each area. One thing that was odd was that no adults could use the slides in lost city not even to take a little one on the knee so the 1 year old missed a lot of the fun (compared to aqua land where she went on everything). The park is amazing and I would return but only when the children are old enough to use the rides too. Overall I would say it is better suited to famines with children ages 8 and above. Children younger would be better to visit aqua land instead.
