Although the rooms are slightly smaller than most Premier Inn rooms, due to being an old listed building, everything is clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent.
No car parking, the municipal car park is 200m away.
Slightly more expensive than most Premier Inns but I presume that is down to location

Pros: Excellently located within Marlow, nice historic old building, reasonable prices, large room

Cons: Very limited on-street parking (although the local car park only charges £5.50 for 24 hours), slightly dated rooms

Just returned from my stay at the Premier Inn Marlow and have been pleasantly surprised and impressed. I have stayed in many of this companies hotels and have been used to a certain level of apathy from all involved with its operation. However the team at the Marlow Premier Inn were brilliant. From the moment we arrived all the staff we encountered were friendly attentive and helpful. The rooms we booked were clean, the temperature of the room was good and the bed comfortable. We arrived for breakfast with ten minutes to spare unannounced as we had not prebooked it, the breakfast team took this in their stride and furnished us with a hearty breakfast without complaint even though the allotted breakfast time had passed. In summation the service was excellent and I have had poorer service in some hotels that charge three times the cost of my room at the Marlow. Well done guys you are doing a great job!!!!!!

We had booked a night here even though some of the reviews we read were less than complimentary. However, we were very pleasantly suprised. The room was very clean, the service from the gentleman on reception was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

The rooms are fine and ours (No.4) had a very nice view overlooking the war memorial and towards the bridge. I think some reviewers expect too much and complain too easily. It's a Premier Inn and therefore a budget hotel, but it does everything its meant to and does them very well.

Room Tip: Room 4 is spacey and has a very pleasant outlook.

Marlow is a lovely typically English town tucked away with pleasant views of the river. The Premier Inn served as a pit stop for us to visit friends and family...Very enjoyable with happy helpful staff. Nice pubs close by and nice walks.

Room Tip: There is no lift so if you don't like stairs choose a ground floor room. Windows are double glaz...

The location in Marlow cannot be beaten - right down by the river at the bottom of the High Street, walking distance to loads of great pubs, restaurants and shops. The hotel itself was a listed, historical building, so the hallways and rooms are small, and the noise from morning commute traffic can be somewhat loud, as it backs up onto the bridge across the river. We had a room facing the high street, so it did get a little noisy. When we mentioned this, we were given a 2 (out of 4) night rebate, no questions asked.

It's not the most luxurious hotel in Marlow by any means, but it's location is second to none, the rooms are clean and functional, and the service from front desk was great. Would stay here again.

Not a cheap Premier Inn; its situation and the lack of rooms in Marlow keeps its prices towards £100 per night.
The staff were really helpful, We arrived early, left our cases behind the reception desk and the receptionist had taken them to our room by the time we had finished lunch. When we left my wife was offered a cup of coffee by a different receptionist while I fetched my car. The restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful.
The Room was typical Premier Inn everything you need, including hairdrier, but small and spartan. The heating was by a single A/C - Heating Unit The bathroom which was very large was unheated. Alright for October but January might be problematical.
Parking is possible in in the road front of the hotel but for 2 hours only during the day but free between 16.30 and 10.00.
The nearest 'leave your car' parking is £5.50 overnight in a public car park about 300 metres away.

Room Tip: Room 4 has an unheated bathroom as at November 2013
