Spend Valantine's weekend at this hotel, it is everything it says it is, we had a junior suite with king size bed, lovely fluffy dressing gowns everything you would need for your stay. The spa facilities are excellent with hot tubs, swimming pool, steam room, sauna, plunge pool and jacuzzi plus all the ususal treaments. The food was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

I went on my own for a Sublime Serenity package and had an absolutely fabulous time. The facilities are beautiful - pool, sauna, relaxarium, snail showers, zen lounge, outdoor hot tubs - wonderful. It was spotlessly clean and the customer service was excellent. There are plenty of loungers around the pool for relaxation and I had the hot tub outside completely to myself, wonderfully hot bubbling water and tiny snowflakes falling on my face - perfect. You get a lovely bath robe, slippers and plenty of clean towels so you can relax completely. Lunch in Ozone Restaurant was fab - crispy duck pancakes followed by pork belly with pak choi and Chinese vegetables (and a cheeky glass of rose wine!). There is plenty of fresh iced water available in the pool and relaxation areas as well as fresh fruit platters in the Zen lounge. The treatments were top quality - lime and ginger body scrub, serenity massage then 1-hour facial with beautifully fragranced Elemis products. So relaxing I actually dozed off! This is my fifth time here for a spa day over the last few years and it was the best ever. Well done to the hotel staff who really made this a perfect day!

Room Tip: Didn't stay in the hotel.

My husband and I spent the weekend at Seaham Hall with my sister and brother in law. What a wonderful experience from arrival to checkout. The staff were genuinely attentive, the spa calming and relaxing as we had wished. As we remained in the spa until late we ordered room service very late. This was no problem to the staff. Our suites were beautifully presented. For breakfast we chose to have the room service option again. This offered a relaxed start to the day.The selection and quality of food delivered to the room was astounding. We then spent Sunday in the spa rounding off a completely relaxing and de-stressing weekend experience.
If you want to experience relaxation with five star quality service spoil yourself at Seaham Hall.
We will certainly be returning in the future.

Room Tip: All the room options offer a unique style and experience.

Spent valentines day here, our first time but certainly not our last, spa facilities are fantastic well kept and clean with friendly and professional staff. My self and my hubby also had a treatment which was amazing and so relaxing. Our suite was beautiful with added bonus of rose petal turn down when we returned from our meal in the ozone. The food in the ozone was again amazing so tasty and full of flavour a must if you enjoy Thai food. We opted for breakfast in bed which arrived on time and was delicious and lots of it. Wonderful place with very friendly professional staff who cater for your every whim, we can't wait to visit again.

Seaham Hall and Serenity Spa is a magical place. The Spa has a good range of treatments, something for everyone which are guaranteed to relax and distress even the most tightly wound. There are a lot of different water features, steam, sauna and samarium and waiter service around the pool where there are plenty of comfy loungers.
