We recently stayed for a Birthday Celebration , the service from walking in to leaving was 6 star.
The food in Blunos was excellent
Our suite was immaculate , breakfast brought to the room with a sea view
We will definately be returning
Well done Seaham Hall and all your staff . Thank you

What a beautiful place, food was delicious but frozen chips with fillet not so good, nothing to drink on draught all very expensive bottles. Rooms are gorgeous as is the spa hot tubs great ,children only allowed to swim 8.30am -10.30 and 5.30 till 6.30 not really ideal, but good for adults only lovely walk along the seafront weather permitting, grounds fantastic

Room Tip: go for the Executive room

Arrived in August for my birthday spa was wonderful main pool great to swim, with water fountains, time out to chill and read a magazine or book, out side the hot tubs were great especially as it was raining but warm on the night we were there. Lots of saunas and small spas even a hidden one which was great, felt refreshed and relaxed as we left the spa at 9pm for our meal which was included in the price. The meal was fantastic could not fault it one bit, ( the wine per glass at £9.00 ) was slightly over priced. We did not stay at the hotel just used the twilight spa. One tip though do not walk into the spa directly! Go through the hotel and follow the underground river and small waterfalls it was a lovely entrance to the spa with the lovely spa smells guiding you on

beautiful setting, with luxury throughout. super service from the moment we arrived. all the staff were extremelly helpful. the spa is right next door to the hotel with a very nice swimming and two outdoor jacuzzi. our room was very spacious, with a very private patio/garden. the restaurant was as good as any london fine dining. the hotel is in an excellent location with beautiful grounds.

Back for the 4th time and felt good to be back.

It is fair to say that the hotel had been going down hill until the new owners took over.

They have already made a difference and will continue to do so im sure.

Rooms and spa were all first rate.

Service at times was at the 3-4 star level - 2 glasses of water (no ice or lemon) and 2 white wine glasses left empty and no attempt to replenish with our wine or water due to no waiter / waitress / head of floor looking at what diners may require. Also poached Eggs at breakfast had to be returned due to them being undercooked and tasting strongly of vinegar. However, those things can be dealt with easily by training or bringing in staff at the 5* level or both.

Receptionist - Sammy - was an absolute delight who couldn't do enough for us

It was good to be back and see the improvements and next time we come it would be great to see the service at the 5* level too.

Just returned from a lovely night away for my husbands birthday. We stayed in number 3 garden suite and this room is lovely, massive bed, large couch and we had windows all the way around the room with French doors leading into our equally large garden. The staff here are soo friendly and from the moment we arrived till the moment we left we felt very well looked after! What I liked was returning from our meal and all the curtains had been closed in the room for us and bottles of water left beside our bed. Would really recommend for a special treat.

Room Tip: Room number 3 garden suite as it is on the corner so more windows and larger garden.

My friends and I booked a spa day at the serenity spa at seaham hall. We had a wonderful time relaxing and the staff at the spa made it a very enjoyable day.
In particular the ozone restaurant. They met all our dietary requirements and the food was amazing!
Service was excellent and we would definately visit the restaurant again.
The spa was fab and I would most definately be taking advantage of the spa day offers in the near future.
