Thanks for an exceptional 1st wedding anniversary. Stayed here for 1 night on Saturday. The spa is always great but with the addition of the Zen garden it is unreal. Being in a warm hydropool outside surrounded by wilderness is pure bliss. The 3 course meal in the dining room was spot on. I had the mushroom ravioli to start and it made me have an OMG this tastes too good moment. The little touches, attentiveness and forward thinking of staff, the views in room 5, the layout, etc, etc is on point. Definitely a 5 star hotel and spa. I have stayed in other 5 stars in the world including Dubai USA etc and this place makes them look like 4*. Just stay here if you are after that something special.

From arrival to departure the staff were welcoming and friendly with a personal touch. We stayed in a junior suite and it was fantastic, very spacious and luxurious. The spa was amazing and very relaxing. Service at breakfast was relaxing and accommodating and even when it got busy the staff were great. Drinks were reasonably priced and the autumn cocktail was tasty. We had a lovely time and will definitely return and recommend. Thank you Seaham Hall and Staff for a lovely break away.

Took my mum as an early Christmas present / well deserved pamper session. We were upgraded to a Garden Suite which was beautiful. The spa was also fantastic, defo venture outside to the Zen Garden! Staff were all lovely, could not have been anymore helpful. Left feeling completely relaxed and did not want to return to work!

Booked an overnight spa break with the Mrs for her birthday, found a decent deal on what I think was the "drift away package". Included overnight in one of the suites, meal in the Ozone restaurant, massage and full use of the spa for the 24hrs we were there. The hotel is unreal, as soon as we arrived we were told that we were upgraded to the executive suite. Can't praise it enough the room was incredible, service unbelievable to the point that when we went for dinner the room was sorted out and a few little touches were made then!
The spa is amazing, only my 2nd spa break ever and such a relaxing environment, the facilities are incredible. Had a deep tissue massage and being a typical bloke, yeah go as hard as you can thinking the masseuse is only slight, she won't be able to put that much into it. By god that was wrong, she was great, gave my back a proper work out and felt great after!!

I would whole heartedly recommend the seam hall, spa and hotel. If you go for a deal and want to dress for dinner, I would definitely search for one with dinner in the hotel restaurant though. Getting dressed for dinner in the spa restaurant and going there to find everyone else is in robes and swimming costumes was a bit weird. The only thing that was wrong was the poached eggs the Mrs and myself ordered for breakfast were undercooked, and that really is nit picking. An amazing stay and will definitely look to go back, just maybe stay away from the poachers in the morning.

Room tip: I do believe the standard of rooms are all spectacular.
