The Bridge House is a very special place to stay - unique in every way. Great hosts Colin & Chris will give you such a warm welcome and everything they do and say is to make your stay so memorable. Everything you see on the Web site is exactly how it is when you arrive and more.
The room was very comfortable warm and clean and the breakfast was great - we will definitely stay here again and recommend to our family and friends.

Just a one night stop for us but absolutely spot on. Colin and Chris are lovely hosts and cook a good breakfast. It was a freezing cold night but our room was toasty warm. Accommodation very good, very clean, good bed and shower room. Excellent value, will use again if in the same area and will recommend to friends.

Very nice B & B ideally situated for visiting Norfolk. The place is well decorated and spotlessly clean. Colin and Chris are a lovely couple who made us and our grandchildren feel very welcome, despite the fact the children were only 5 & 7 and their website says they welcome children over the age of 8 years old! We had room No.5 for the first night and room No.6 for the second night. Room No. 6 was definitely the better of the two being much more spacious and much warmer. The only fault I could mention is that the shower in room No. 5 stopped half way through my shower and stubbornly refused to deposit any more water on me - a tad inconvenient to say the least. But other than that I would thoroughly recommend the place to any one and would certainly return myself.

Thank you for your kind review. I don't understand the shower issue as it is working quite normally. It is a shame that you never mentioned it at the time so we could have investigated for you. However, we thoroughly enjoyed your stay with us and your grand children were absolutely lovely and we would love to see you all again should you visit the area once more.

We had a 3 night stay at Colin & Chris's B&B they made us very welcome. A nice gesture was to supply us with a torch to walk at night to the local pub due to the lack of street lights in the village. We had a room in the converted barn which was comfortable and had all we required. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. The accomadation is well located for touring the Broads and Norwich.

Colin and Chris made us very welcome and the bedrooms in their converted barn were very impressive - more like a hotel room than a B&B including toiletries, tea and coffee making and modern TV etc. Lovely soft furnishings and beautifully clean. The breakfast was freshly cooked and we were impressed by the little touches that made our stay special. Lovely relaxing setting by the river in lovely gardens.

Audrey and Robert Hunter.

Room Tip: Barn rooms are modern and beautifully set.

Thankyou so much to Colin & Chris, we really enjoyed our stay at Bridge House. We were made to feel really welcome and the breakfast was delicious! no need for lunch that day!
The only thing I would probably change is the fact that there are two double beds in the family room and a sofa, it would be better perhaps if there were two single beds instead of one of the doubles, a little bit awkward with a 4 year old and a 13 year old and nobody wanted to sleep on the sofa after a 7 hour drive.
The room was very clean and we would love to come back when we come back to Norfolk.

I'm sorry that the bed configuration wasn't quite right for you but as the room is used primarily for double occupancy, the sofa bed provides a very useful degree of flexibility allowing families of 3 or four to stay with plenty of room for them all.

I hope that you haven't been discouraged from visiting us again as we did enjoy seeing you all and the children were so well behaved.

We came across Bridge House via local advertising and only intended an overnight stop. To cut a long story short we enjoyed it so much we decided to stay for a further 2 nights and would have stayed more if there had been any vacancies. The accommodation was of excellent standard and the breakfast comprising local produce was cooked and presented with 5 star quality. Our room overlooked the gardens which were picture perfect.
Colin & Chris were the perfect hosts and welcomed us as though we were old friends from the moment we arrived to the time we left.
