“A little pet-friendly gem!”
Reviewed 31 August 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Our second visit. Little birches is well equipped, quiet, excellent quality and location. Beautifully presented, compliments to the owners for two lovely stays, attention to detail and little extras. Nothing is too much trouble. Love the area and lots of beach walks. A relaxing bijou, we will be back again!

“Peaceful, comfortable, cosy little home from home!”
Reviewed 7 August 2017 for a stay in July 2017

We stayed at Little Birches for a five night break. Perfect location for Kings Lynn, Sandringham, and the attractions of North Norfolk. Our hosts were very welcoming and put lovely little treats in the house for us! We were so contented in the accommodation we could have just stayed and stayed!! The bed was so comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and everything spotless.....we loved it!

“Dog friendly perfection.”
Reviewed 14 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

What a fabulous cottage! Everything you could possibly need is catered for at this beautiful accommodation. We have stayed at many dog friendly properties but none of them have reached Rachael and Marc's high standard of cleanliness and wonderful facilities. We have had wonderful weather and explored many places we have never visited before. The property is perfect for taking a dog with the enclosed garden and easy to let our Lulu out during the night for a drink. We are impressed with the fact that many beaches are dog friendly all year round and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the weather having been very kind. Would highly recommend this dog friendly accommodation - 10/10

“Perfect hideaway for two plus dog”
Reviewed 18 April 2017 for a stay in April 2017

Little Birches is a lovely place to stay. It's beautifully decorated, comfortable and warm. The shower is one of the best. Rachael and Marc are very welcoming and have thought of everything you might need when on holiday. Being able to take our dog was a real bonus - and Little Birches is a genuine dog friendly place to stay - not one of those places where you know the owners don't really like dogs and only say you can bring one to boost their trade! The location is great - two pubs within walking distance, dog walks straight from the house and the wonderful beaches of North Norfolk within easy driving distance. It's definitely somewhere we'd like to stay again.

Thank you for taking the time to write this lovely review for us. It is so nice to have guests who appreciate the things we hope make Little Birches special. After staying in many holiday cottages ourselves, we have experienced so many poorly equipped kitchens, inadequate information folders and boxes of out of date leaflets! So pleased you relaxed and we hope to see you again.

“Little Birches”
Reviewed 24 February 2017 for a stay in February 2017

Superb accommodation, by far the best we've ever stayed in. The gifts on arrival were a lovely touch making us feel welcome from the start. Charlie our Westie especially enjoyed the basket of doggie treats. Racheal and Marc are excellent hosts with nothing being to much trouble.
It's Perfect for the dog with an enclosed garden and wonderful walks from the door. It was great to see the wild ponies on Roydon common plus a wealth of other wildlife.
The Roydon area has much to offer. Sandringham is right on the doorstep and the seaside places of the North Norfolk coast only a few miles away. We especially loved Wolferton with its former royal station. Although this is now a private house it has been renovated to its former glory and is a must to visit. There are also some wonderful walks at Wolferton.
We have been visiting Norfolk for over 30 years but not really this area. It's an absolute must.

Wonderful accommodation, everything had been thought of, for a really comfortable stay. Gardens were an added bonus, though unable to use on a wet & windy November weekend. Good dog walking from the door.
