We have stayed in Kings Lynn over the years and we can honestly say that this is the best possible guest house available at this time. Christine gave us a wonderful welcome and two wonderful breakfasts!
Our room was spotless, spacious, well equipped and with a lovely ensuite shower room.

We had a great stay and we will definitely return in 2014, if you are looking for a homely, clean and welcoming place to stay in Kings Lynn you will be hard pushed to find better.

My daughter and I stayed during the very hot weather in the summer and were so grateful for the fan that enable us to sleep very comfortably. The whole stay was totally enjoyable with all our needs catered for, a delicious breakfast and generous hospitality. I have no hesitation in recommending Acorn B&B to anyone.

This has to be one of the best B&B that my wife and I have visited in a long time. Not only is the en-suite bedroom spacious and excellently appointed but guests have exclusive use of a dining room and sitting room. Our hostess, Christine, makes one very welcome and her breakfast is exceedingly good. If you are visiting King's Lynn, there can be no better place to stay.

A real find if you're visiting this part of Norfolk. All 5 star reviews can't be wrong and they weren't. Excellent accommodation in a large beautiful bedroom, en suite, dining room, and conservatory all for our exclusive use. The rooms are part of Christine 's bungalow which is set in a tree lined street. A well stocked and secluded garden was also at our disposal. Christine's welcome was second to none and we immediately felt at home. Christine was attentive but never intrusive and her breakfasts were cooked beautifully, and plenty for the most ravenous of guests. Christine's eye for detail and the way she has decorated her home, to a good hotel standard, made it a pleasure to stay and at times made us even reluctant to leave to explore the local area. We hope to go back again. Thanks Christine for a great stay! Kathy and Paul x

We have recently returned from a 3-night stay with Christine at Acorn B&B in a pleasant district on the outskirts of King's Lynn. We could not fault our stay with her. Everywhere was spotless and in pristine decorative condition, from the very spacious twin-bedded bedroom with large en-suite shower room, and downstairs exclusive use of pleasant dining room and conservatory overlooking a marvellous garden created by Christine from scratch over a period of some 11 years or so. Luckily we had super weather during our stay which meant we were able to enjoy relaxing in the garden, which is of such a high standard that Christine has opened it to the public on occasion. Her breakfasts are of such high quality and generous portions that we hardly needed lunches! Within walking distance is the Deer's Leap pub which serves very good value evening meals. As a light sleeper I also appreciated the lack of traffic noise even though hot weather required the window to be left open at night. All in all we would thoroughly recommend Acorn B&B and would give it a 5-star rating for all aspects. If you would like to see a super high quality preview of the bedroom, bathroom, dining room and conservatory, there is a very professional 360-degree panoramic tour viewable on the Acorn B&B website.
