The property is in a great location to explore Wells, away from the main streets but a stone's throw from shops, good pubs, restaurants, fish n chips etc. The downstairs (good sized bedroom and bathroom) has been recently refurbished to a high standard. The upstairs (spacious open plan kitchen and living area) contain all you need for a short break and for the three of us (2 adults and a 2 1/2 year old) was ample. The living space overlooks the water from two directions with stunning views, perfect to unwind with a glass of wine after a day exploring the coast.
This is a cottage to get away from it all - there is a small TV and DVD player, but this isn't how we spent our evenings. Phone reception is not great and there is no wi-fi. But this is North Norfolk, and for a week away was exactly what we wanted.
