North Berwick is a beautiful place to visit and this is a fantastic wee place to stay, all of the amenities are top quality, the host couldn't be more helpful. It is on a quiet street a lovely garden and parking and fresh eggs a lovely bonus!

Spent near on 30yrs procrastinating how I'd love to go back to North Berwick one day....Missed school friends & the lovely place it still is..- Had no idea how much -....-'Bit on the side' made it just perfect ' ~ Patrick the proprietor is just lovely - relaxed, attentive & v good at leaving you to feel its your own space - Chilled bottle of Prosecco & Mac the beautiful fluffy Golden Retriever on arrival; even though we were 2 hours early without warning!! (my fault) was 'nae bother'-... .. + Fresh eggs from chickens, TV, Power Shower - warm, clean & location gets 10/10 recommendation & a big thank you from me & Caroline..

We stayed for two nights whilst attending a wedding in north Berwick. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and immaculate throughout. The kitchen area and bathroom are well equipped with everything you might need and living area very comfortable. The owners were exceptionally helpful - especially when we locked ourselves out! I would highly recommend to anyone planning a break in North Berwick.

2 reviews Before we even got into the property, Patrick gave us a very warm welcome and showed us around this beautifully decorated and equipped studio apartment. Fresh eggs and a bottle of bubbly awaited our arrival. The bed was very comfortable. Free wi-fi access. Facilities in North Berwick are very close by as is the beach and golf courses. The one day it rained, we were able to make use of the extensive range of DVD's available in the apartment. Thank you Patrick, we enjoyed your great golfing stories and hope to see you again next year!!

Owners are helpful and make you welcome. Very clean with new facilities that work. Shower works well. Nicely decorated. Comfy bed. Private and peaceful. Excellent price. Very happy with our choice.

Everything you will need and much more is provided, generous owners. All equipment quality and new, didn't use the dishwasher and washing machine but wonderful additions to those staying more than a couple of days. Garden area is lovely for when the sunshines. Ideal location in a pretty part of the town and very near the railway station for easy access to Edinburgh (30 mins) and walking distance to the lovely town of North Berwick with lots of shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance to the beach and the Marina with lovely views.
