The room was clean and tidy.
Hotel staff were friendly and asked how my journey was etc.
Staff were happy to help with any questions and answered with a smile, nothing seemed too much trouble.
It was easy to find with free parking.

We booked for 2nd & 3rd May to attend Cornish wedding of good friends. I had put off booking anywhere as I could only find very expensive hotels or chi-chi anti-child boutiques when I first looked. I'm really glad we saw the reviews on here for this Travelodge and really pleased with our stay. We arrived really late after a rather stressful 4 hour journey but were greeted by a very pleasant man on reception. The room was on the second floor and was spotlessly clean and we really liked the new layout with the newer build (we have stayed in another Travelodge and found it a bit poky). Bed was really comfy - nice to have a King Sized bed, everything was made up ready with the children's bed too. The maid was very friendly and you could see what a good job she was making of the hotel as well as our room. No issue with noise from other rooms/guests and the view from our room was really nice. There's a Tesco nearby which is handy for anything you need (we had croissants on the second morning!). We would also highly recommend the Brewer's Fayre in Fraddon for breakfast (about a 20 minute drive south) if you're heading in that direction, we'd read bad reviews about The Falcon next door so steered clear. Would definitely stay here again

One of my mates and I decided to take a long weekend in the Padstow / Wadebridge area, after searching round Premier Inns and B&B's we decided to stay at the Wadebridge Travelodge due to pleasant clean new building and value for money. We both found this venue had comfortable rooms, was very clean, has friendly efficient staff, and the Falcon Pub next door gave good service and food at a very competitive price.

Stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't fault the accommodation or reception staff. Room (on 2nd floor) had wonderful views over the Camel Estuary and despite being opposite The Falcon pub was quiet. Plenty of parking and a bus stop opposite - recommended for a day out in Padstow where parking is a nightmare! Tesco very close, but has no cafe. We enjoyed a basic cooked English brealfast for £3.25 at The Falcon and a 2:4:1 curry, including drinks - good value. Staff were very helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable with lovely crisp sheets. Despite the hotel being full there was very little noise. Would recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Room 214 is at the end of the corridor and has a lovely view over the river estuary

A new Travelodge, trying to emulate a Premier Inn, built next to a pub rather than a Little Chef.
Better than most & staff are friendly & helpful but bathroom floor wasn't mopped for 3 days, talc on floor proved it! Lovely outlook over Camel estuary & Tesco just over the road. Breakfast in pub good value. Considering low cost, couldn't moan about it.

Fairly new travelodge (3yrs) good location for the a39 and wadebridge. Falcon pub next door which is a separate business with average pub food. Bed comfortable and room clean, fantastic view of the estuary as we were on 2nd floor. Cannot fault for the price

Room Tip: Second floor even number for view

A really good basic stopover. Staff very welcoming and friendly in the Travelodge. Rooms were clean and comfortable, our room had a view of a brick wall, the other members of our group had a room overlooking the view. Both rooms were good and no road noise heard from the nearby dual carriageway. Next door is a Marstons pub, which is ok and pretty good value, but staff were a bit brusque.
