Me and my girlfriend stayed here in the early part of summer and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Ideally situated, scenic and friendly amongst other plus points of the stay. The hospitality was the main highlight with our hosts taking the time to ensure that every aspect of our trip was catered for. I would undoubtedly stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Quite simply a more idyllic place to stay will be hard to find ... and frankly, we have no intention to look for it. Lellizzick Farm has everything ... location, setting, comfort, quality food and a lovely family to make your stay a memorable one. Highly recommended.

There is not one more word of praise that I can add to the other reviews, except to say that we have stayed in many B & B's in Cornwall and as good as most were, Lellizzick surpases all,Superb location, spotlessly clean, excellent home cooked food, nothing is too much trouble for Danielle and Rupert, the comfiest beds and pillows ever,we stayed in room 1 for two nights, wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely be going back.

Room Tip: Room 1 has the biggest ensuite with bath and over power shower but all three rooms are furnished to...

This has to be the perfect B&B. The most beautiful old farmhouse in a fab location with views to die for. Spotlessly clean, comfortable room with every need catered for and a lot of little extra touches thrown in. We were made to feel really welcome by the owners, both lovely friendly people. Breakfast was great, in fact everything was so good didn't want to leave, wanted to move in! Will be back!

I wanted to find a quiet, comfortable B&B to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and I hit the jackpot with this place! A few miles north of Padstow, it overlooks the Camel Estuary and we were lucky to visit on the hottest, most glorious weekend of the year. We were welcomed by Jana, the Bulgarian cook and cleaner who was very friendly and explained all the basic routines.
Our room was number 3, the cheapest of the three available rooms, but it was delightful. White walls and ceilings, stripped pine furniture, luxurious cotton sheet and duvet and beautifully appointed but narrow ensuite shower room. We slept very well, as one does after a day on the beach doing nothing, and went down for our breakfast. There was a choice of cereal and fruit juice prior to the cooked breakfast, and the room was a lovely farmhouse square room, south-east facing to catch the morning sun. The cooked breakfast was delicious, all local produce. My only quibble was my poached eggs were done in vinegar which gave the eggs an awful taste (for me) and I wish I had been asked about this. We met the owners, Rupert and Danielle, who were very friendly and welcoming. It was recently featured on one of my favourite programmes, Time Team, and was their operations base during their study of a local site.
You can reach the beach easily from here, although if you are going for the day it is worth considering travelling light and visit Padstow (a 15 minute walk from the beach) for your lunch/tea, otherwise it is a bit of a struggle with your kit.
All in all a heavenly experience and I am sure we will return.

Room Tip: Room 2 probably has the best view.

We stopped here on our first family break with our 4 month old son, we booked for two nights but enjoyed it that much we ended up staying for 3 nights.
Fantastic breakfast all locally sourced products with great choice and friendly service. The room and en-suit were spacious extremely well presented, very clean with great views over the bay.
You can use a path down to the beach and walk to Padstow along the costal path which we did a number of times with a pushchair.
The owners were very welcoming and supplied high chair and baby bath and even a spare set of trainers after I lost mine on the beach.
We will be returning and would recommend this to anyone wanting a quite and idyllic base to explore a beautiful part of the world.
