We stayed one night in the oyster room in may. We had a lovely warm welcome from the owners and were able to walk into padstow for dinner. The room was very clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a separate sitting room with tv, tea making faculties, small fridge with water and milk. The bathroom was spotless with nice soft towels. The Cornish breakfast is a must, cooked to perfection by dee. It was a shame we were only staying one night. Very friendly owners and would highly recomend.

Stayed here for a couple of nights having booked on the basis of the previous reviews. We Were not disapointed. We stayed in the oyster room. The bedroom was lovely. Comfortable bed with high quality bed linen. The best bit was the attached sitting room. It was like having your own little flat to come back to at the end of the day rather than the usual bed and breakfast room where the only place to sit is on the bed. Breakfasts were lovely. I especially enjoyed the option of having fresh fruit salad with clotted cream to start. Nice also to be able to leave the car there and walk down into padstow. Saved paying parking. Also loved the proper ground coffee in the room so you could make yourself a proper cup of coffee. Don't worry if you only like instant they have all the usual sachets as well. Would definitely recommend the Cally Croft

We stayed for 3 nights in the Driftwood Room and wished we could have stayed longer. John and Dee were great hosts and very welcoming, lovely people. The room was very clean and comfortable with good quality fittings in a relaxed coastal style. We had a delightful view of the birds feeding in the garden below from the bedroom window. The breakfasts were amazing with fantastic choice. We sampled the delights of the fresh fruit salad and a cooked veggie breakfast, which were superb. Nice little touches that make all the difference were included, such as locally made ethical toileteries, comfy slippers and robes and not forgetting a decanter of sherry and a treat each day, such as chocolates and fresh cupcakes in the fridge. An easy 8 minute stroll and you are at Padstow Harbour and it is a bonus not having to find or pay for a car park being located so close to the town. We will definitely stay again and more than happy to recommend Cally Croft as an excellent place to stay in Padstow, a real home from home. All in all, a 5 star wonderful experience which made our holiday. Thank you!

Stayed here on short weekend break in April. Received a lovely welcome from our hosts John & Dee. Cally Croft is located a 10 minute downhill walk into Padstow. We stayed in the Oyster Room which has a lovely comfortable adjoining lounge. The rooms are very nice, clean and provided with little extras by John & Dee. Usual tea and coffee are available - but it was good quality, with fresh milk in fridge, nice biscuits, cakes and even a small decanter of sherry for that pre dinner tipple - lovely! Bedroom was very comfortable and we had a very peaceful nights sleep. Breakfast menu is a delight - choices of fruit, clotted cream, yoghurts, cereals and of course traditional cooked breakfast. John & Dee make you feel at home and provide a great place to stay.

Room Tip: Oyster room has bonus of adjoining lounge

Friendly but unobtrusive hosts, very well appointed rooms, the most amazing breakfasts, highly recommend choosing the Eggs Benedict. The attention to detail made for a perfect stay, thoroughly recommend. Enjoyed the fresh milk in the room, the cakes, chocolates and sherry.
Also an easy 5 minute walk into town. Much better than staying in a hotel.
