Came here for breakfast on the first day of our holiday & was immediately impressed with the firendly service & lovely breakfast. Throughout the week, we found ourselves returning for lunch (you must try the brie, mushroom & cranberry toastie), afternoon tea (homemade scones with oodles of cream & jam) & evening meal (I had the steak which was beautifully cooked & my partner had the grilled mackerel which he said was amazing). Loved every visit & will definately return.

Great location (if u can find parking) just off the beach but views of passing traffic or public path only, once inside. Limited outdoor seating.
The beer batter on my fish was lovely but the fish itself was tasteless as were shepherds/cottage pie and the carrots.
Was not overly impressed with anything other than the building and its location so will not visit again.
Two adult main meals and two coffees = £23.00
*** Toilets are up a flight of stairs so those with mobility issues may find this difficult.

Good meals, good service, clean and tidy place and staff very good. I would go there again. I had the classic battered cod, peas and chips for £9.95, my friend had Tuna fish sandwich and salad, my friend had a large coke and it was large. I had a large filter coffee and it was large in a good sized mug. Total Cost £20.40. Could have gone around the corner and eaten cheaper but the fish I had was large and well cooked. All in all very good.

Been here before and never disappointed. Sat in a nice window seat with street and sea view. Dinner was excellent, a well cooked, not greasy Sausage(local Pork&Beef), Egg, Chips with added peas. Pot of tea for one v good value as hot water to top up. Service was friendly, quick and helpful.
