“Special Weekend”

My second stay at The Cobb. This time with sisters and daughters. We had a very warm welcome and all of the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure we had a perfect weekend away- they even put up with our non-stop laughter!
The rooms have really comfy beds so we all had a great nights sleep.
The breakfast was the best any of us have had in a pub B & B- not just a one off because it was the same when I stayed in November.
Will definitely be back later in the year.

As Pub stays go this one is pretty cool. Even though the weather stank while we were there, we had a great time. The Pub is well loved and has a lot of character. Linda and her staff were very welcoming and helpful for the whole of our stay. The views from this well located building by the harbour are quite special.
Be aware, no onsite parking is available so you need to be prepared to climb quite a hill to the secure public parking yard. Don't be put off by this as it only cost a couple of GBP per day. Simply drop off and pick-up your bags at the Pub door and park the car. Anyway the view that you take in while walking are pretty special. Take your camera with you!
The only problem is that the food is so gnawish that you tend to eat to much.

just returned from a nights stay at The Cobb Inn. Room was clean and comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for the Staff. We have a 3 year old son who after a BRILLIANT day at Lyme Regis passed out at 6pm. We ordered food from the Bar which was good value and Delicious. The food was delivered to our room with a smile. EVERYONE was extremely polite and over helpful. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL.

.Excellent location, nice room and friendly staff. Beds were comfy - only wish hotels and guest houses wouldn't bother with decorative cushions and throws on the bed as one knows that these are not changed for every new guest. Excellent breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. We had a couple of evening meals and both were very good - especially the steak!

This is a lovely bnb. I have been there around 4/5 times maybe more. Never fail to impress my family and I. The landlords are lovely. The location is lovely as I can look over to the sea from the room. Everything was just amazing. Will deffinatly be returning for more visits.
