Very comfortable and perfectly located if you need to catch the morning ferry. Attached restaurant serves very decent 'pup grub' at a good price. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds are surprisingly spacious for a 'budget' hotel.

First time we used Premier Inn and i was very pleased. The room was a fair size, clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and welcoming. The service in the restaurant was fast and the staff were friendly. Only criticism would be the WiFi was limited to 1 hour per day, but putting that aside it is a great place to stay and i would highly recomend it.

A great premier inn. Friendly efficient welcome. Nice quiet rooms and an excellent breakfast organised by friendly helpful staff.

One very minor criticism , it's not the most obvious place to spot in the dark, there's big sign immediately visible and the shared car park is not immediately easily navigable.

So come on regional manager, get some signage up and help the local staff get a well served best of.

Only one thing stopped me giving this hotel the full 5*s, and that was a really grumpy waitress at breakfast!! She is the only thing I have any complaints about, everything else was perfect at this PI

My sister and I were visiting family . We stayed on a Saturday night, on arrival the receptionist was very friendly and made us feel welcome, check in took a couple of minutes and our rooms were adjacent as requested. They were both very clean and comfortable. We have stayed here before and definitely will again, at night you could here a pin drop it is so quiet, we had a peaceful nights sleep.. The restaurant next door is a brewers fayre, breakfast was excellent and although we hadn't booked it was not a problem to seat us.

Room Tip: Rooms 45 and 46 on second floor were very spacious and quiet.
