We stayed here whilst walking the Cotswold way and had a lovely nights sleep! The bed was very comfortable, the decor was very tasteful and the breakfast was very tasty. We stayed in the blue texel room and can recommend it!

Just spent a couple of nights at Waterend Farm while working at our office nearby, it is a lovely farm house B&B and like other reviewers found it to have nice clean rooms with excellent en-suite facilities, there are nice touches such as naming the guest rooms after breeds of sheep kept on the farm and I can recommend the Blue Texel room as being very comfortable.
I was there on business so didn't have an opportunity to look around much but if you have more time there is the opportunity to be shown round the various animals.
Hilary, the owner, provides a good fresh cooked hearty breakfast which sets you up well for the day.
Although close to the motorway and a train station there was no problem with noise during my stay and rooms are double glazed with additional secondary glazing should you need it.
Overall a nice stay in well run establishment.

A fault-free overnight stay. Lovely clean room with an excellent en-suite. Ample tea and coffee in the room and a perfect (full English!) breakfast cooked by Hilary before we left. My wife and I can safely give this B&B our full recommendation.

Room Tip: Rooms on the side of the house facing away from the M5 will no doubt be quieter, but the sound from...

I stayed at Waterend Farm while attending a 4 day course being held in their conference facilities. Room was very clean and well maintained. Tea/coffee, biscuit and a chocolate in the bedroom. En-suite was high quality, with a great, high powered shower. Good speed free internet connection. Breakfast cooked by Hilary the owner, was excellent. Would definitely return if I needed accommodation in this area again. Great customer service.

I stayed 3 nights at this Farmhouse B&B. Very good value for money. The farmhouse is situated between the M5 motorway and the railway. I had the windows open all night and had no problems sleeping. The trains stop quite early and motorway becomes quieter. It would not put me off returning should I need to.
The Owners were very accommodating, catering for individual needs for breakfast. Parking was good. This a working farm and the owns leave plenty of information to get in touch with them while they go about their business.
The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable and En Suite spacious and luxurious. I paid £90 for a room in a hotel in Surrey recently and had a room 1/3 of the size and barely enough room to shower and no air con. The B&B has no air con but beats the hotel for comfort and needs hands down.
If you like farmhouse B&B and passing near Dursley, I recommend this.

Room Tip: Just ask for morning, afternoon or no sun.

We booked in at Waterend farm for two nights en route from Nottinghamshire to Cornwall and found both accommodation and the welcome excellent, making this a great start to our holidays. We had an enjoyable day at nearby Slimbridge Wiildlife Reserve and it was good to have a spotlessly clean and comfortable room to come back to in the evening with facilities to make a cup of tea. Hilary's breakfasts are to be recommended - a good start to anyone's day.

I was found in a situation where i needed to find emergency accomodation for one night.
The owners Hilary and her husband were most hospitable and supportive and assisted me without question by providing a room to stay for the night and also providing me local information.

The room was airy and spacious clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, bedding clean soft and fresh just like home feeling. The breakfast was very good quality and the customer service was second to none. The farm house surrounding views are wonderful with the option of nearby places for relaxation. The facilties in the room were adequate tea coffee biscuits and television.

The only negative was i was unable to connect to wifi but the owners tried hard to accomodate my needs in this area also by generously lending me thier laptop :)

The breakfast room is warm and comely and the training / meeting room is fully kitted out.
I would definately stay there again and would recommend the farmhouse to anyone wishing to stay in that area.

You will not be disappointed..
From a happy unexpected customer.

Room Tip: All rooms are of equal quality. En suite facilities are sufficient.
