“Food well??”
Reviewed 26 June 2014

Meal OK, steak was good, fries emm. Partner had fish pie, avoid if you like more than 2 segments of fish. Breakfast poor, continental breakfast is not cold croissants and coffee with Kipling cakes, suggest trip to Europe and research this.

“lunch menu”
Reviewed 29 December 2013

staff are always polite and friendly. The 2 for £10 lunch is good value and no washing up. The drinks top up is a very good idea

“Consistently good food”
Reviewed 15 December 2013

We regularily go to our local Brewers Fayre for lunch. The food is reasonably priced and consistently good. When in other areas we usely eat at a Brewers Fayre if there is one in the area

“A particularly poor quality Brewers Fayre”
Reviewed 19 August 2013

I use Premier Inns regularly, and i have come to learn from using there restaurant brands ,if you want decent food avoid BREWERS FAYRES and TAYBARNS, there usually tacky and tasteless.
I have no problems at all with BEEFEATER GRILL, TABLE TO TABLE and ONE to ONE, or any of there other brands, so now i choose my Premier Inn by its associated Restaurant brand, its a shame Whitbreads cant find better consistency, within there brands, this is a very poor one, but on the A52 to Skegness, there is little better choice, unless you venture slightly off route, where there are better choices.

“Too many lager louts”
Reviewed 28 July 2013

The restaurant was like any other brewers fayre good value for the money considering it is next to the hotel. We were stopping at the Premier Inn and wanted a decent meal and a quiet drink. Meal ok but a quiet drink? not a chance. I think all the lager louts from Lincoln drink here. They were rude and used offensive language, even with children nearby. The staff from the bar/restaurant did nothing. In fact many of the staff seemed good friends with them. The smokers all crowded around the main enterance door and stood outside drinking and swearing. Not pleasant. This was not just the blokes it also included some of the young girls. These yobs were not the east europeans they were all sadly english. These are not the sort of individuals you would want to encourage for a family restaurant. Would most definitely not recommend
