“Excellent value for money.”
Reviewed 12 October 2013

Just on the outskirts of Boston, this Premier Inn appears to have recently been refurbished. Rooms are well furnished, beds are large and very comfortable and there is a large wall tv.
Cleanliness is very important to me and this hotel passed with flying colours. Although there is heating there is no air conditioning however, the windows could be partially opened and effective fans were provided.
Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
Although there is an attached chain restaurant which I believe will supply in room dining, it is also very easy to get into Boston where a number of good restaurants can be accessed. (I used the'Thai House' in Station Way.)
As somewhere to stop for a night, whether journeying through or exploring the area, this is a convenient, comfortable and cost effective venue. If in this area again I will most certainly be staying in this hotel.

The premier inn was very clean and tidy and you always know what your getting with a premier inn thats why i have given 4 stars, this one is joint to the Brewers Fayre Pub which isnt very good which if i could rate it seperate i would only give a 1.......i ordered a mixed grill which looked nothing like the one on the menu!!!........so most of it was left on the plate, the staff were freindly enough but i just could wait to get out.

We received a warm welcome. Room was clean and tidy. Brewers Fayre next door provided us with a good evening meal. The staff in the restaurant made us feel welcome.Overall a very enjoyable stopover and good value for money.

My family and I had an unexpected stay at the Premier Inn when my Dad was taken ill and admitted to the nearby hospital. It was one of those situations where everything was touch and go, and we had no idea how many nights we needed to stay.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff who work there. We booked, in person, at the reception, rather than via the call centre and got a family room for the three of us for £73:00 for the first night (including a couple of breakfasts) and the price never really wavered from that for the next couple of nights.

The staff were so flexible in terms of us letting them know (often late in the morning) whether we were planning to check out or stay, and on the last day there, when my Dad finally passed away, they called us to ask if we needed the room for another night, rather than just make assumptions. They always asked, as we passed through from taking it in turns at Dad's bedside, how we were, which was a lovely personal touch.

I can't really comment on the room as we weren't there for a good time clearly, though I will say it was cosy (!), one double bed and two singles, all next to each other, but frankly as we were sleeping in shifts, it didn't matter a bit. The pub next door were equally wonderful in accommodating last minute decisions to get breakfast there (past breakfast closing time) rather than have the offerings that the hospital canteen had on offer.

I sent a thank you card today to the staff at this hotel. They do get a lot of through traffic from the hospital and are no doubt used to having distressed people turning up all hours of the day, but they were angels as far as we were concerned, particularly Alex, who my elderly Grandma wanted to take home with her as he was so lovely and kind. What was a really traumatic time for us, was made so much easier by the amazing staff who run the Premier Inn at Boston.

Thank you so much guys xxx

After a long days driving I was glad to arrive at my overnight stop .....Very warmly welcomed by Caroline ?? the receptionist who provided extra coffee and milk on request...Room was spotlessly clean with great wide screen TV in the room ... I ate in the attached restaurant again taking advantage of the 3 course meal + drink + breakfast for £22 great value ....had a brilliant nights sleep and had a great buffet breakfast the next morning ...All in all a great Premier Inn one i'll look to book again when i'm in the area. !!!
