We have just left the Premier Inn & I can honestly say that I have no intentions of going to another. The rooms, staff, prices etc were fantastic, however the beds were so hard I was so close to sleeping in the car. Over 3 nights, I think I got a maximum of 3 hours a night due to chronic back, neck & shoulder ache from the completely non given bed. It even hurt to breathe. I have never used accommodation with such hard beds. Is this standard at Premier Inns?

The staff are welcoming and friendly and the hotels is clean, inviting and comfortable. The beds are exactly as advertised - very, very comfortable. Do wonder though now far ahead you might have to book to get the very cheap rates that are advertised!

My wife and I traveled up to Boston mainly because of my love of old windmills, I was not disappointed, the accommodation at the Premier Inn was first class in every way, but what struck us more than anything else was how quiet and peaceful it was, we have stayed at many Premier Inns but this one was by far the best yet, the staff in both the hotel and the Burton pub next door were brilliant, all credit to them. Just one small grouse, our room, No 66, had no shaver socket, this didn't worry me unduly, but my electric tooth brush needed a charge, so I had to resort to my manual brush, no great hardship I know, but I thought it worth a mention.

Wonderful location, easy to get at with a good Brewers Fayre for breakfast and dinner to eat, so no need to venture out to find anywhere else. The staff are always ready to help and very friendly. Bedrooms comfortable and clean.
