Stayed at this hotel prior to a holiday at Ingoldmels. Whilst Premier Inns are fairly standard, people should know this particular hotel has no lifts or air conditioning. Despite this, the hotel is very busy and staff very helpful. Would stay again.

Last weekend our family booked two rooms for 3 nights. All went well until the second night when our sleep was disturbed by a group who were obviously drunk and disorderly. The night staff and then the follow up with the day shift Owen and Joshua were totally unhelpful. On enquiring about "Good night Guarantee" I was told they could do nothing to help me nor could they tell me whether the same group people would be staying the following night.Very poor customer service.

As usual Premier Inn was great! Comfortable helpful staff etc however very disappointed with the adjoining restaurant. Food was basic to say the least. Breakfast was fine but the evening meal left quite a bit to be desired. very poor menu

Second visit to the PI Boston and the hotel part remains extremely good.

However, the food at the restaurant for dinner was frankly appalling. My steak was so overcooked it could have soled my shoe. I sent it back and it was slightly better when returned but no seasoning, chips soggy and luke warm, peppercorn sauce was terrible and the side order of mushrooms inedible due to over seasoning.

They were absolutely packed with a 45 minute wait for food orders (I acknowledge it was prime time) but if you can't cope and standards suffer, don't accept bookings or get more competent staff in the kitchen.

Really really poor

Breakfast
The sausages were terrible the worse I have had ,the black pudding was inedible and the tomatoes had a bad taste to them
On the night the steak was ok but the kitchen had cut it down the middle to check it was cooked and my OVEN chips were black on the edges.
