We stayed with our two toddlers at Brackenborough Hall in September, it was a fantastic holiday. Usually it is hard work entertaining two toddlers, however with a dressing up box, toybox, brio train track, colouring books, and pencils all provided it was very easy ! The freedom you feel being able to wander round 100's of acres combined with Paul and Flora's relaxed and welcoming manner, make it a holiday I would definately recommend !

Brackenborough Hall is truly the most wonderful self catering accommodation. From the welcome greeting you receive from the owners Paul & Flora to the perfectly equipped cottages. We would highly recommend Brackenborough Hall any time of the year. It's our 3rd visit!!!

What more can you say to something that is near perfect location, although in the country very close to Louth & coast. The appartment had every thing you could need & more, right down to dog bowls. We stayed in the Saddle Room, which had direct access into the fenced garden, much to the enjoyment of our dogs.
Owners Flora & Paul could not do enough for you, you only had to ask if you needed anything or informaton. a nice touch was that new laid eggs were available and also seasonal fresh fruit & veg.
The chance of a guided tour of the farm and site of the medival village is well worth taking.
This is a very dog friendly location and they and you have the freedom to to go anywhere you wish on their land.
This is our second visit and we will most certainly be going again.

We found this place doing a google search as we wanted to visit relatives in Grimsby, we stayed for a weekend in the Granary and my mother in law stayed with us. The place was amazing and so welcoming and peaceful, we booked for a week in July 2010 while we were staying. We also had a get together for family and it was an amazing place for a party. Hope to repeat the party again this year when my daughter and her family will be joining us, and I cannot wait..

This was our second visit to Brackenborough and this time we took over the whole of the building as we were part of a large group. The accommodation is fantastic and far superior to any I've stayed in before! The granary apartment easily accommodated 28 of us for socialising and dining and you still didn't feel on top of each other. The apartments are very well stocked with everything you might need and some things you don't even realise you do need! The setting is so peaceful you can completely relax and know the kids are safe too.
Paul and Flora are very friendly and welcoming and it was a pleasure to see them again. The farm tour is very interesting and all of our group thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent at Brackenborough. There is absolutely no doubt that we will return and it remains as my number one choice for a self catering break in the UK.

12 of us stayed, using all 3 properties, to celebrate a 60th birthday. We all had a fantastic time. Paul & Flora were great hosts and made us all feel very welcome. The rooms were good, they had everything you needed, but the granary was the star - it was a superb hub for us all to gather. We will be back again!

In all the years of my extended travel, I have to say this was the best weekend break we have ever had.. Louth compared to our usual weekend of Monaco, Nice?? how wrong could we be!! From walking on the glorious beeches to visiting the seal pups at Donna Nook the weekend was amazing. The accommodation was out of this world, in fact it is the first time we have visited anywhere and found the place more comfortable than our own house. The quality was fantastic, old farmhouse tables, comfy sofas & the 17th cent working clock !!! fancy dress costumes . This was surpassed by the welcome, Paul & Flora noted our daughters 9th birthday and the knock on the door with card and present, unbelievably thoughtful. The accommodation swallowed the 17 of us and the flat coat & Labradoodle, and the enclosed grounds and tour of the farm was magical. Grace saw the badger set and the new born calf, and being allowed on the tractor and Combine was unbelievable. As an MD retail company I now preach to my teams of the customer experience we received, it is amazing what this country has to offer. Maybe we were lucky, but I don`t think so, we will be back, very very soon . Thanks very much ADM
