This is one of the top B & Bs I have stayed at. The room was excellent, spotlessly clean. The location is very peaceful, no road noise. The owners extremely friendly, I could have stopped and chatted for hours. The breakfast was perfect. Just need to remember to take cash next time I stay, which I certainly hope to do again when working in the area.

A weekend planned around RAF visits, staying at this b&b in the area its in was just perfect. It's own history and a very warm welcome from the owners. Our room- the superior room was wonderful, no shortage of space. Our two nights went too fast. A perfect place for a weekend of relaxing.

We stopped here for two nights in the Gallery which I can only describe as fantastic! The room is huge with two very comfy leather settee's, a lovely large coffee table, TV, a lovely big comfy bed and the en-suite bathroom was also huge with a massive corner bath with shower. The room was very clean, very nicely decorated and very comfortable.
We were given a very warm welcome and were even given a hand in pushing my motorbike trailer around the back of the house!
The breakfast was excellent - very tasty and plenty of it.
The owners are fabulous with nothing being too much trouble and always had a smile on their face. On our return on the 2nd day, the owners were just leaving to nip to the local shops. As we passed in the doorway we were asked if we needed anything picking up? We were in need of a beer after a long hot day in the sun - 20 minutes later, a knock on the door and a 6 pack of cold beers were delivered! (obviously we paid for the beers!)
We will definitely be returning next year!

This is the nicest B&B I have stayed in.

The owners were warm and welcoming, the grounds simply beautiful and the room we had was magnificent. Bit more pricey than most B&B's I've stayed in - but once we saw the room which was essentially an apartment - I could totally understand why.

The room was HUGE, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We only stayed for one night, but I wish we'd been staying for longer to enjoy the property and room more.

Was at a wedding nearby, came back just after midnight, easy to get in and had a brilliant sleep. In the morning, after a shower in the equally massive bathroom (I was gutted I didn't have time to soak in the huge corner bath!) my boyfriend and I had a great breakfast - which was delicious.

When my sister and her husband needed somewhere to stay, I asked if it would be possible for them to share our room - the owners were more than accommodating and offered to include two put you up beds in the room - thankfully they found somewhere to stay and we didn't have to share.

So great big thankyou for the lovely stay, room and service!!!

What a lovely hidden place this is.
Upon arriving, we were welcomed by a very lovely lady with a beaming genuine smile, and we were shown upstairs to our room, and wow, what a room it was.
It had a 4 poster bed, and their was also a separate living room and a separate bathroom with a steam room with a double shower.
The rooms were lovely and clean, and my one and only gripe,(and it was a small gripe) was that only 1 window would open in the living room area on a hot day, and the other 2 were jammed shut.
There were beautiful views of the large garden from the bedroom.
The breakfast was nice, but strangely, no sausages with the full English breakfast which was a bit bizarre.

Room Tip: The 4 poster bed suite was excellent, as it had a huge steam room with double shower and even a radi...

Had a lovely time here and the service was excellent - the owner even gave me a free lift into Louth rather than my ordering a taxi. Very comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for one night in November. We had two rooms and had a really lovely stay. A great point about this b&b is that it was the only place in the area that would take dogs. There had been a mix-up with the booking but we were sorted out and welcomed warmly. We arrived on a very wet night with dogs drenched and muddy but the owner was fine and understanding.

We were in rooms at the very top of the house and the family room was really spacious with a large double bed and a single bed. In addition the bathroom was huge and there was a dining table and chairs in the room for us. A lovely touch was little packets of hobnobs and maryland cookies which is a lovely change from the standard hotel biscuit. The other room we booked was also lovely, just on a smaller scale.

Downstairs was a large sitting room with a roaring open fire burning but we were too tired to make the most of it. The following morning we had a very tasty breakfast which had everything we wanted.

The house is stunning and the location is very accessible from Louth. We stayed here one weekend on our way to see the seals at Donna Nook and so it was a nice little drive to get there. Before arriving at the b&b we had been to Fillingham trees to pick our Christmas tree. This was a great experience as you were taken up in a tractor to a field with 70,000 Christmas trees to choose from, and we were able to wander, pick our tree and watch it be chopped down.
