This is a really good addition to the restaurant offering in Louth - an imaginative menu, changing every day, reasonable prices and not over-crammed with tables despite the fact it is full every night. Only slight gripe is the choice of background music - quite often it's house dance-style Spanish music, which may suit the 20-something staff but not the 40-50 year old typical diner, especially as the place doe lean towards a romantic ambience. There is plenty of gorgeous Spanish music they could use, from softer pop and rock right through to Gabrielle & Rodrigo, and of course the famous classical guitar classics. Something to consider for management?
