Very good breakfasts in a small, comfortable café. Nice décor and good full cooked breakfasts. Right in the village so very handy.

“Reasonable pit stop”
Reviewed 20 May 2014

Popped in here for a food fill up prior to some forest treks. Nice layout, though a little tight for space between the twin tables at the door, I was almost rubbing elbows with the next table. Menu not huge, but it's a café not a restaurant after all. Went for the full Scottish breakfast, and at £7.50 with a pot of tea and toast, seemed reasonable. Food was served promptly and was tasty but the sausage and bacon was swimming in fat which was a little off putting. Staff friendly enough, and the baked items did look rather nice. Toilet facilities in good order. Worth a stop.

Very tasty and well priced. Excellent quick service . Also had great range of local preserves for sale. Only criticism; need better signage at junction.

“Great wee cafe”
Reviewed 7 May 2014

A great small cafe with a great menu, service and food. The home baking was awesome and was always faultless. Id highly recommend a visit, its just off the A82 in the village of Glencoe itself but take the detour and pop in. I will the next time I visit Glencoe later in the year.

“Over rated”
Reviewed 27 April 2014 via mobile

This is a back street cafe with good reviews on trip advisers not much to look at( true) but I must say after travelling all around Scotland this is the worst experience I have encountered. Small cramped and too many tables for the size of the place. We a had food in the Clachaig inn in Glencoe Balllachulish this was at least 80% better than here. As for the reviews on trip adviser - over 200 reviews 5star I think is a bit optimistic - this is very close to a soup kitchen I find this amount of rave reviews hard to believe, basically over priced Poor produce.

I find your review to be unnecessarily negative, very vague and without much in the way of specific detail. I trust that most people will be able to distinguish between a fair review of our cafe and this one.
