“Great location! Very quaint and would highly recommend.”
Reviewed 24 September 2018 for a stay in September 2018

Great accommodation and location. Absolutely as described. Very much enjoyed the amenities. Cottage is central for the West Highlands and therefore an excellent base for Oban, Isle of Mull, Glen Coe and Fort William (i.e. easily drive-able). If were to return to Scotland in future, would definitely seek availability of this accommodation.

“Stone cottage 2”
Reviewed 9 August 2018 for a stay in August 2018

Ballachulish is a wonderful place easily located for a drive to Glencoe, Kyle of Lochalsh and Isle of Skye.

We found a lovely place stone cottage 2. Sue the host was amazing and quick to respond given that our booking was late at night and she was traveling herself. She gave us useful pointers that helped throughout.

Stone cottage itself was a delightful place. Warm and cozy, it offered us a home away from home. The kitchen is well set and all amenities are available for cooking which we did during evenings and mornings. There is a lovely collection of games and dvds. My seven year old was suitably occupied while we chatted and observed the view from the windows of the busy club right in front.
The rooms were well provided and lovely. Overall we had an amazing time at this beautiful place.

Thank you Sue.

Thank you so much for your review. Catherine who you met, said that you were a lovely family. Its just a shame we could not accommodate you for longer.
Its good to hear you enjoyed the DVDs and games. The view (I have to admit) is good. The view across the loch is spectacular.
I hope you make another return trip again soon.

We have stayed here a few times over recent years and cannott fault anything .
You have everything you need and more. The cottage is very well equipped and clean. It is within walking distance of shops pubs etc. and in one of the most spectacular locations in Scotland.
Get the wood burner on, pour a glass, and coorie in, the best ever place to be!
The cottage, the location, the views and the hosts are exemplary .
Try it and you will want to come back, just like us.
