This is the third time that we have stayed here in 2014 so it must be doing something right :-)
The staff here are exceptional and will try their utmost to make your stay enjoyable. The views are beyond belief and make this probably the best situated hotel that I know of in the UK.
My one fault with the hotel, is the seating area/ couches in the bar area - they are done, worn and have ingrained dirt even though they have been cleaned on many an occasion. Its nice to have a comfy seat when enjoying a post walk drink etc and there are none unfortunately.

Room Tip: Room 213 is great with great views and abundant space.

Stayed here for a week whilst on a Winter Mountaineering course last year and had a brilliant stay. After a cold and wet day on the mountain the sauna, pool and jacuzzi combo was just what we needed. I shared a twin room with beautiful views across the loch. The bed wasn't the best I've slept in but slept pretty well anyway. Staff were always friendly and eager to help. Breakfast is help yourself, cooked, continental and cereals a plenty. Excellent service and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel has rooms with beautiful views to Loch Neven. I stayed only 1 night in a tripple room and my friends and I could not have enough of the view. The room and bathroom had a very good size and were well equipped. The lady at reception was very friendly and gave us tips on what to see in the Highlands.
The restaurant staff, on the other hand, was a mixture of trying to mend things, and not caring at all for the customer. Our dinner took a very long time to arrive (which is not the reason for the complaint, as this happens. The food was good.), and when we asked the waitress for another bread roll while we waited for the food she said only one roll of bread was allowed per person. How cheap is that!? We had breakfast early the next morning and the breakfast room (which has fabulous views) was almost empty. We wanted to sit at a table for 4 people by the window, and the waiter would not allow us to do that, saying we needed to sit at a table for 3 people instead (as we were in a party of 3). He was very insisting and we did not like that at all, nor the fact that the restaurant would not allow 3 people to occupy a table for 4 people when the place is empty. He finally agreed to let us sit there, but was later told off by his manager.
Overall it was a good stay, but I do not recommend the restaurant because staff is not well trained.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view to the loch

Spent 2 nights here. It's a lovely hotel surrounded by beautiful scenery. The room was comfortable, clean and the view from it was amazing--especially as the sun went down. The village is just a short walk from the hotel and I even found a converter at the hardware shop despite the fact that it was a small place. Picked up water, beer and few other things at the supermarket also. The food at the hotel was very good and you can watch the sunset as you dine. Lovely place and I plan to go back again.

This Hotel must be a strong contender for the Best Views Award. Well situated at the north of Glencoe with good access to a wide range of visitor attractions. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, more than adequate if staying for a few days. Views are stunning. Good wi-fi in all parts of the Hotel. the young lady on reception was a breath of fresh air as was Stella in the Restaurant. Definitely consider this Hotel again

Room Tip: Ask for a Loch view.
