First things first: the "Fast Boat" is extremely fun. My wife, son, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I am, however, unable to rate this activity more than three stars because of the level of disorganization with its management. We booked a boat for June 20. When my email confirmation came, it was for June 21, requiring another call from the US to Scotland to get that fixed. Second, at the time of booking, we were told that the Glencoe boat was out of service, and that we'd need to take the boat in Fort William. The day prior, just by chance, we were talking to someone unaffiliated with the company, and they told us the Glencoe boat was fixed, and that the Fort William boat was now broken. Nobody had contacted us to tell us of that change. When I called the company, someone told me he'd call me back in 30 minutes, but never did. Luckily, we made the tour and had a great time, but I emphasize the fact that it was pure luck and not due to any effort on the part of Glencoe Activities.
