Just back from a week in the idyllic Ballachulish on the banks of Loch Leven staying in Craigavon Cottage. We have no hesitation recommending this lovely cottage it may be small be it is beautifully proportioned and cozy with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The view from the window is breathtaking and the Loch only a short stroll away. Stuart and Fiona Borland are lovely and give you a warm welcome then leave you in peace. If you are thinking of booking do so you will not be disappointed.
We had the most amazing stay, the cottage and location was perfect. The cottage was 'proper job' as we say in Cornwall :) the owners were very friendly and left us fresh eggs on the doorstep from their friendly chickens which was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend this beautiful cottage. Perfect for walkers and dog owners as we had our 2 dogs with us and they loved it. Will most certainly be back again. Thank you!
A modern building attached to the home of the very friendly owners. Wonderfully warm; plenty of space and very well equipped. Just a short walk, or an even shorter drive, to the local shop or pub but in a quiet, peaceful spot by the side of the Loch with views from the living room. Surronded by wildlife, and not so wild chickens; perfect for Glen Coe or Fort Wiliiam. No hesitation to stop again if looking in this area.
