Quite a steep walk, but not too challneging if you go at your own pace. The higher yu get the more spectacular the views, adn getting to the top and getting the complete 360 is an amazing feeling Vey liberating. We visited in May and we're the only people there so lovely and quiet.

I was expecting this to be a short walk as it didn't look too high from the town, but it's further than expected as once you get up and think you are nearly there, the top is on further. Good walk but it takes about 2 hrs to do the whole thing. Great views.

Drive through the housing estate as far as the road goes, then take a walk to the top, it was a lovely clear day you will see Ullapool just like a picture post card taken from the air.
Not too steep a climb either.

This was the original church in Ullapool, which has now been converted into a museum which goes back to the origins of the 'new' village created as the fishing industry grew 2 centuries ago. I 'must visit' place in Ullapool. The museum is continually being updated as people contribute to its vast stock of local information, as we have noticed the increase each time we visit it.

We thought that the views from the top of here might be spectacular but they were only averages due to houses or trees being in the line of sight spoiling photograph opportunities !
