We visited in January and were the only people on the tour. Our guide was well informed, friendly, and happy to answer questions. At the end he was very helpful in comparing the various malts, offering a blind tasting and recommending good malts for our particular tastes, including those not produced by the company that owns the distillery.
We enjoyed this visit much more than our visit the same day to the Glenmorangie distillery, which wasn't even offering full tours because of the cold.
