We booked the dining service by the talented chef Chris Loye twice while we stayed on the wonderful Isle of Harris. One was a catering service, the other was a multiple course live cooking event for two in our accommodation. Communication with him up front was friendly and easy.
Both meals were of an extremely high standard using predominantly local produces. Chris has a real passion for culinary and incorporates high expertise. Especially his Hebridean Fusion Menu was a prime example of how to creatively process the local larder.
We run a gourmet restaurant and always search for great spots for food when we travel. We were lucky to find the service offered by Chris in this remote location and cannot recommend him more. Thanks again and good luck for the future!
