“lovely comfortable stay”
Reviewed 12 August 2014

Stayed for 5 days in July and had a lovely time. Hotel was clean and comfortable and management very friendly. Had a nice room with superb seaview which we could look out at whilst laying on the very comfortable beds or sitting on the chairs at the window. Very relaxing stay and would stay again if in the area.

I have just spent 3 nights here on the 9/10/and the 11 and came away today 12/8/14, the hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff was very pleasant, the owners Karen and Steve are very nice people who make you very welcome, the food is first class, the room we stopped in was number 9 which looks out over the sea which is only yards away across the road, we could not fault the hotel or staff, we will be going again, we did not advance book we went on off chance we walked up and down the front looking at all the hotels and this one looked the best from outside and inside was even better, I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Room Tip: number 9 or any of the sea view rooms which is o the front

We stayed for a few days in Barmouth from 27th July 2014 until 1st August 2014 and had two first-class, reasonably priced, meals in the Arbour Hotel restaurant. We received a very friendly welcome and would not hesitate to dine there again when in Barmouth. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

We stayed for 5 days in July. the hotel is clean, smartly decorated, with artistic touches, super good quality food and a very efficient, well organised dining room. The management and staff are friendly. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it if you are in the area.

We stayed one night and could not fault the greeting on arrival and the sea view room. Everything was exactly as you would hope for along with a good breakfast. We enjoyed the evening drinks in a pleasant atmosphere over looking the beach, what a perfect setting for quiet relaxing break.

Room Tip: Any sea view

Lovely location, lovely people, lovely food.
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and everyone was more than helpful.
Would definitely recommend eating in the restaurant - food delicious, and we had two teenagers with us who thoroughly enjoyed their meals too.
Rooms very clean and airy - Seaview rooms were definitely worth booking.
The pool was a bonus as we were visiting as a family and it was greatly appreciated due to the weather being typically British for a couple of hours ;-)
Would definitely recommend a visit and we will be going back.
Thank you.

Room Tip: We bookded the seaview room, which we think is a must when at the seaside.

My husband and I went to Barmouth with a local coach company from home on the 10th June.until 14 th June. The owners Steve and Karen could not do enough for you if you wanted to know anything about the resort what to do or where to go. they could not have been more helpful. The room was nice and clean and had lots of drawer space also it had two comfortable chairs. The food was good and plenty of it , it was was always red hot.The staff also were very good and helpful. I only hope the coach company which we went with goes again next year because we will definitely go back ,because the resort is beautiful and the hotel first class. When we were leaving the manager shook hands with everyone
