We arrived late. The owner said "no problem just call when you get here". In under a minute he was there to welcome us. The entire place is immaculate! The room adorable, with so many extra touches, including a make up mirror. The bed extremely comfortable. The inn is even better than it's on line pictures. There was a breakfast menu and a choice of times to eat. Everything was cooked to order and was delicious. It is a family run business and they welcome guests as if they are family.
Wish we could stay longer.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Cunard Room and loved it.

Windsor is an old town, not very big. We picked it as a place to stay over on our Bay of Fundy exploration. The reviews in T.A. helped us to pick the Clockmaker's Inn. It's easy to find…so distinctive looking. We were enthusiastically greeted by one of the owners, Sarah, and made to feel at home right away. The inn is filled with beautiful furnishings and antiques. Sarah and her husband, Sean, keep it clean and well-stocked. Our room was nicely decorated, was quiet, and had everything we needed. We were two couples traveling together, and we had the place to ourselves this week (off-season and a Monday night). There is a nice "nook" on the second floor with ample seating area, a nice table, games and books. We played a few rounds of Yahtzee, drank some wine, and relaxed after our long drive there.

We were asked for our breakfast "picks" the night before, and Sean prepared a tasty and wholesome breakfast for each of us according to what we had ordered. Sarah was very informative and provided us with suggestions for dinner, sightseeing, and shopping. Their two young boys are adorable! All in all, a very nice stay!!

One of the finest little hotels I've ever stayed in. About 45 minutes north of Halifax, at the entrance of the Annapolis Valley, it's an ideal spot as a base to explore either. Family run, and what a fun family! The gathering for drinks on the verandah was a high point of my visit to Nova Scotia. The rooms are quaint and nicely decorated.

Beautiful, beautiful inn! We enjoyed a 7 night stay and loved every minute of it. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the breakfasts were very tasty, the service was great, enjoyed talking with the owners and Karen, and the children were delightful when we got to see them. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

We stayed for five nights. The room was beautiful and appointed with period pieces. The bathroom was new and ensuite. But the breakfast! Lots of food served either in the eating nook or in the formal dining room. We had a great time and would stay there again

We stayed 13 nights. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the Inn itself is attractive and interesting. The breakfasts were excellent, (and the entertainment provided by the owner's two little boys was priceless). Don't hesitate to stay here.

Room Tip: We had a floor above us but were not unduly disturbed. They have an excellent web site, and a variet...
