if you like cheese curds... that's the place. When in the area, do not miss. Also, different succulent kinds of cheese and pies. A must for cheese lovers

Take a guided tour it is worth it.
Give yourself time to visit all they have to offer, the 2 museum exhibits the brining room, the methanization facility, look through the windows at the store you can watch them prepare cheese. It is a cheese economuseum. The "Canadienne" breed of cow used in their 1608 cheese is very rare and is being reintroduced in the area. In the summer they always have one or two of them in a paddock nearby. Taste their cheeses, taste their ice cream. The store also sells a lot of local regional products, so it's like a one-stop-shop

If you like fine cheese, you have to stop here. There is a great selection and the prices are cheaper than in Montréal. They also have different local products such as pâté, sausage, vinaigrettes, jam, honey, bread, beer, etc.. Everything is delicious.

Enjoyed the upstairs museum and the wonderful local cheeses in the retail store. We were able to sample a few prior to purchase which was extremely helpful.
