I've eaten in many different places during my four-day period in Easter Island, but Kuki Varua is the best without a doubt.
The Salmon is amazingly cooked to perfection. Be brave and ask for it medium, not well-done. Medium cooked is tender and soft and very tasty.
The Mero with Camote Purée (Mashed Sweet Potatoes) is beautiful, tender and most i,portant, delicious.
For dessert, try the Creme Brulée de Maracuya (Passion Fruit Creme Brulée): it's just fantastic.
Add to that a very friendy service, nice decoration and fair prices.
