We just walked away from the packaged tour dinner that we had with Aerotuy, really not attractive, and found this place very near...we sat at table in the beach, candle light, excellent food and very nice people serving.

We were advised by the owner of our Posada that it was a little bit expensive (450 bolivares without drinks). I think it is worth it, fresh ingredients, nice music, lovely terrace, I just loved this place !!! A booking is needed since the chef cooks for the exact number of people.

This place is so nice you want to stay longer than food. Staff is really nice, the highest mark of the place.

Ambience is amazing, windy because it is in front of the sea, so is not going to be hot. Soft music, candles, low light, clean, you can't go wrong.

Food is not anything extraordinary, but it extremely fresh and honest. Appetizer, main course, salad, dessert and coffee included for a fee that is on par with Caracas, good for Los Roques.

The place is a must.

They also have 2 rooms and we stayed in one for 5 days. We took the all-in ( breakfast, lunch, dinner ) package and it was really worth it. The owner, Nelly, is also cooking - and she is an excellent cook. There is no menu to choose, you get the menu of the day. Everything is prepared very nicely and tastes like heaven. Nobody would expect food on this level of quality in the "middle of nowhere". It has mediterranian touch, combined with Venezuelan way of spices and fruits.

You have to reserve a table in advance even if there are empty tables. I think, it's for planning reasons.
