The magnificent traditional dishes we tasted were based on private recipes handed down from the owners' grandmother , and expertly elaborated only with fresh premium ingredients. It is like eating at the home of a talented basque cook. The decor is simple and of a bygone era, but very adequate. This tiny restaurant, currently under the management of the grandchildren of the founder, continues to be one of the best tables in Caracas.
