This is a very nice, luxurious hotel, located near various forms of transportation. It is not the best zone to stay in but it's not bad at all. Breakfast is included and my family and friends agree that breakfast is great, it includes a variety of dishes for conventional eaters and those who would like to try a typical Venezuelan breakfast which I love (arepa, cachapa). There is a restaurant at the top floor that serves delicious Chinese-Mandarin food for lunch or breakfast or just to get cocktails if that's your thing. The view is pretty cool up their and is also where a tiny jacuzzi like pool is.
About the rooms, they only have one large bed and there are no rollout beds, so if you're traveling with 3 or more members you'll have to get another room. Connecting rooms are available but you still have to pay for two rooms which is a downside the way I see it. The bathroom has its amenities and is separated from the bedroom by a glass wall, so if you have privacy issues that might be a problem.
My only real criticism is that the staff at the reception desk are not all qualified as english speakers, to say the least, which makes it a little difficult to be able to communicate if the only english speaking staff is not available. Otherwise, it is a pretty good hotel!
