What can I say, this was my first visit to Drusillas Park and certainly will not be my last. I will recommend the park to everybody. The staff were friendly and attentive, the whole place was fantastic, so much for the girls to do and see, we only wish we could have stayed longer. The organisation was fantastic, right down to the coach parking and the means of getting the girls to and from them. Thank you !

Thank Janet H

Extremely disappointed. Poor customer service from the moment we arrived at the ticket desk. Interrogated over the age / date of birth of our youngest grandson, 18 months and in a pushchair. Went in and couldn't see much because of thousands of brownies camped in front of every viewing area. Eldest grandson unable to use playground, overcrowded with brownies. £2 for a half an ice-cream cornet, £50 quid for 2 adults and a 3 year old to get in, disgraceful. And after 48 hours they still can`t be bothered to reply to an e-mail. Never again.

Dear Mr Jenkins

Saturday was a busy day with 1640 Brownies making a total number of visitors for the day of 3,020 - but this was well within our 4,000 capacity. But we accept that is was busy and would be grateful if you would email us on info@drusillas.co.uk as we did not receive your previous email. We did put information about the brownie day on our website home page and on the events page and we also had a pavement sign at the entrance to inform people about the event. I’m sorry if our customer service levels were not up to scratch – we work hard at this and generally get very good feedback, but we do ask people occasionally about the age of their children at the entrance, but this should be a polite question and certainly not an interrogation. As far as prices are concerned we try to make our charges clear and also to explain what is on offer at Drusillas. We also try to promote good value by suggesting buying online to save £2.50 per person or using Tesco Club vouchers. Before deciding “never again” I hope you will email us, as requested.

Just to say that the staff were great and the park well organised. My brownies had a fantastic day as part of the 1400 brownies which took part and we would recommend a visit to anyone.

On 21st June almost 1700 Brownies and leaders from Girlguiding Greater London Kent celebrated 100 years of Brownies at Drusilla's. The staff were fantastic and helpful from our initial enquiry to the event itself. The Brownies loved it and very few had ever been before. Quite a few leaders said they ran out of time to do everything and were very impressed with how interactive the park is together with the animal spotter books and zoolympic challenge. The Hello Kitty attraction was very popular with the Brownies. Several leaders have commented on how helpful the Drusilla's staff and volunteers were and that they were all smiling all day. Drusilla's had thought out the parking of our 43 coaches and they were at the far end of the field with a coned off route for the girls to walk down into the park to ensure their safety. A really successful day and one we would definitely like to repeat in a few years time once the current Brownies have moved onto Guides and they have been replaced with a new batch of girls.

What a suprise to see so many brownies all in one place, 45 coaches..! and the park carried on as normal. Good day out and all credit due to the way the park is managed. lets hope they extend it more and further the experience of all those that visit.
