First of our room was gross. There was spider webs all over the ceiling. I found hairs in the bed linen. There was no light bulbs in the lamps. Which was the only lighting in the room. The front desk clerk acted like it was a chore and only brought one light bulb. Maybe it was so that I wouldn't see how nasty the room was. I would love to have my wasted money back that's for sure. Then I could not get online and had to return to the front desk just to ask for help. The clerk acted like I was the stupid one. She was the one that put the wrong pass code.

I had checked in and turned the air conditioner down and left the hotel for a dinner meeting. I returned close to midnight and found the room was not much colder then before I went out. The gentleman at the front desk offered me another room when I inquired about how to set the air conditioner. He was very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. I travel to Jonesboro about five times a year and will stay at the Baymont again.
