We received excellent service from Sonja on arrival. The room was clean, well furnished and extremely well-equipped. The establishment is in a quiet street, although conveniently close to the centre of town and we had a good, restful night's stay. Highly recommended.

The owner is very nice and helpful and the place is quite. The lodge is very clean and rooms are well decorated. Graaff-Reinett is a small town but with a lot of history and natural spot (Valley of Desolation on the sunset)

The room was very colourful, but clean and as an overnight stop it was ideal. We were advised to go to Polka for dinner - and what a very pleasant surprise! Breakfast was brought to the room, and was hot and tasty. Overall a very pleasant experience and we would recommend it to our friends and family as a value for money overnight stop. The pool was just an added bonus to relax and dunk your feet (too cold to swim).

WE were very happy with our standard room at Obesa - a lovely garden setting away from the street , safe and very relaxing after a long drive. Breakfasts served under the trees was delicious.
Friendly and informative staff
WE will stay there again on our next trip

Located in a quiet area of the town across the road from the wonderful cactus garden. Very spacious and well equipped rooms - a bit old fashioned but everything you need. Nice access to open spaces and pool area at rear of cottage.

Sonja, the hotelmanager is a very warm and welcoming person. She suprised us with a free breakfast for my birthday (singing staff included)! The rooms are spacious, very clean, ours even had a microwave oven, plates, wineglasses,... Unfortunately we could only stay one night otherwise we certainly would have stayed longer.

All that we can say is that was awesome. We visited a nursery just over the street. That was absolutely beautiful full of dive rent cactus's. There was also a lot of museums and a old church to see. Do yourselves a favor and visit the museums. Love Graaff Reinet
