I walked the whole way from Dana Bay back to the lighthouse. It is a beautiful scenic trail and one needs to be moderately fit because at a good pace it takes about 4 hours. I was lucky to see a school of dolphins, some having a great time riding waves. The directions were not clearly marked from Dana Bay's side and it would be great to have distance indicators along the way.
Definitely enjoyable and would recommend doing the full trail.

This trail offers dramatic sea views, plenty, and vegatation that's typical of the area. There is some litter on the way, which is disturbing, but at this stage it still seems manageable. You are subjected to some scrambling up hills and over rocks, but not too excessively I would think, this of course does depend on your level of fitness. It takes 4-6 hours to complete. You can do it from Dana Bay to St Blaize or vice versa. We hiked on a Sunday afternoon and scarcely came across anyone. I would recommend it for something different to the golfing, swimming and the like that the area offes.

We walked from the lighthouse to the Pinnacle Point golf course. It is a beautiful walk with fairly flat terrain although in places a bit rocky. The flora and faun are worthwhile. We were lucky enough to get a lift back to the lighthouse from e golf course which I wouldn't suggest people rely on so either have a prepared transport back or walk!.

The trail start at the Point and goes along the edge over the ocean, well marked. Wonderful views and lots of flowers. We walked 1,5 h and than turned back, very refreshing for the mind. the walk to the next village takes about 4 hours.

Take a morning off from the beaches and take the family on one of the most beautiful scenic walks anywhere in the world. Marvel at the natural beauty of this magnificent land. Fairly easy walk, well signed and enjoyable for all. Don't forget the sunscreen and a few bottles of water.
