Secure gated golf course community and ocean front views were major reasons we chose this property. Traveling with two 21 yo. This large home with multi-level bedroom layout was perfect to allow everyone their own space. Large well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Very quiet. Bobby and his wife have separate residence below and noise was never an issue. He was extremely helpful and would immediately respond to any questions. We enjoyed talking with him and he gave us great suggestion for our dinner following evening. He even offered me a set of golf clubs to use, since I did not bring mine.
He shared their grocery store choice and gave us directions. There are amazing hiking trails along the oceanfront bluffs which are easily accessible from the home. My daughter, her friend and I took one trail all the way down to the ocean and even explored a large ocean cave.
The only potential negative was the large number of birds which were interesting to watch, but made balconies difficult to navigate for obvious reasons. This could be a problem for some renters. Views from great room are so amazing we rarely needed to use balconies. Also we were usually gone for day trips along the garden route. This location was great base for these trips including Elephant Park in Knysna and drive through Tsitsikama to Jeffreys Bay and Botlierskop Private Game Preserve.
I would certainly stay there again and would recommend this rental. So glad we found this home on trip advisor! Thanks again Bobby.
