From the outside the Nanning Convention and Exhibition Centre looks fantastic - especially the gardens, flags, bunting etc but the inside was filthy. As an exhibitor and delegate at numerous venues around the world it was the worse venue I have ever had to endure. The floors were filthy and rubbish collectors were few and far between. The air conditioning rarely worked and only came on for short bursts. Worst of all was the toilets - they were a total disgrace and a health hazard. Not only were tiles missing, cisterns cracked and leaking and basins cracked etc but the floors were covered with rubbish and personal waste .
Facilities for exhibitors were poor and limited food and drink options , Choose a hotel close by so you can go back and use their toilets and wash your hands. Make sure you take lots of personal towels with you (i.e wet ones) so you can keep washing your hands as every surface is grimy.
