“When hills and sea met”

Love the landscape of this beach. White sand and trees are great combination. As we know this area were still under sharia law this was the first time I wore long jeans and long tees to a beach :)

“Great waves!”
Reviewed 28 June 2014

I enjoyed swimming in the Indian Ocean for the first time. I also accidentally discovered the best authentic Italian wood-fired vegetarian pizza I have ever had! The cook is an Acehnese who spent 10 years in Italy and learned to make unique and delicious dishes that compliment the Aceh authentic foods. Fantastic find for me!

“A real jewel nearby Aceh”
Reviewed 18 May 2014 via mobile

Superb! I never knew that Aceh has such a lovely place like this before. Went there (northern part of lampuuk) on weekday thus it was really relaxing, quiet (only few tourists), great waves, clean beach..
If you walk further north through some orchard and small jungle (less than 10 minutes walk from starting point- near the 'toll' to north part of lampuuk), you will be rewarded to more secluded beach for sunset (don't know if there's any name for this beach) no chalet, no restaurant, just me and nature and couple of other tourists.

“Nice Spot for Sunset”
Reviewed 30 March 2014

This beach is one of the popular beaches in Aceh. The beach has a big rock stone and a calm sea waves. On the side of the beach has a little woods so you can meet cows around the beach, which is very strange. If you go on a perfect weather you can get a beautiful sunset.
