We had booked the hotel for over a month that main reason of choosing them being they have wi-fi. When we checked in, the receptionist said the wi-fi is not working for more than a week and she could not tel when it will be fixed. When asked about the manager, she could not give a good response (at this time there was some argument with my local hosts, so i could not fully understand what they were asking her). In the end we decided not to stay at the hotel, though I had already registered myself.
So, when booking on the face of it they say they have some facilities, but on the ground there is none. At least the front desk office should have been polite enough to apologize for the poor or absence of the service. Instead she was arrogant and argued with guests!
