We stayed there for 4 days 3 nights for business purposes around the city, I stayed there with my partner. We had the deluxe room, and it was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was big, but the hot shower has to be turned on for 30-40 seconds for the hot water. The tv was fine, we were entertained by the cable, but no local channels. We called for room service for, like, 10 times and staff was fast and friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good. We recommend this place, it's cheap. We had a great stay, it's near the malls and other places. We want to go back and just relax there some time. 5 thumbs up!

Room Tip: I recommend the higher floors, esp. the 4th floor, less noise. The AC is good. And rooms are spacious and much more comfortable. We had the deluxe room.

i must say this is the worse hotel i ever exp. me n my bf stayed in this hotel for overnight and need to travel early the next bound to camiguin...when we arrived the room we booked at agoda.com and paid full but we end up in the room so missy with hair of cat in the pillow, no soap, tissue n towels on the bath room.....water cold, hot but just cold......noisy aircondition may be they never clean it....so we go down n inform the fo about it and we go eat dinner outside...when we come back in the room its okay....the nextbday we wake up early n eat our breakfast down, it so happened that we sitted near to the front office somi heard 1 man complaining about his missing things....when we go back tomthe room i told my bf to check his things may be some of his things missing specially money, but that was actually a joke but he did count his money n find out around 10k php missing n his pound money too....i didnt believed him at first i thought he was joking but his face become red n his hand shaking with madness....i was lucky didnt bring any cash with me just my cards so i check my gadgets n jewelry but luckily they didnt touch it.....i was so dissapointed with this exp. we look for the mgr but his not on duty, i ask to see the camera records but they said its not working...we left our contact no. and wait for their updets but never heard from them, i even email them and ask if they find out anything about the insident we experienced in their hotel but no respons....im back in kuwait and my bf back in england still never heard anything from them, i hope u will not exp. the same...what a terrible exp. never ever go to this hotel....

Our accommodation here was included in Metrodeal's voucher for a 3d/2n stay at Cagayan de Oro with white river rafting.
I must say that the staff are friendly and very accommodating.
I can rate this hotel to be a budget hotel; located at the heart of the Cagayan de Oro, beside the Central market. We have been warned by the taxi driver that brought us in the hotel to be conscious at all times because incidents of pickpocket is rampant.

On the other hand, overnight stay here includes free set breakfast, which is ok. If you are adventurous, you can check out the local food and fresh produce in the central market. Have your first bite of Durian, have freshly cut pineapples, and other fruits that Mindanao well-cultivated soil has to offer.
At night, you can walk few steps from Hotel Conchita for the nightly array of grilled entrées.

I can't believe how in just six short months this hotel went from just acceptable to deplorable, in fifteen days only four with hot water, on the others you had to run the water for about 30 minutes just to receive something luke warm. The servicing of the rooms also went downhill, as did the breakfast menu options. Unless there was a complete upgrade of this facility, I wouldn't recommend it to anybody...

Room Tip: Sorry, no tips for this one, or best tip, stay somewhere else...
